Here To Stay - Covid-19 Response
Due to the global impact of COVID-19, Polo Ralph Lauren Stores shut down indefinitely. We developed a new Digital Experience to bring the stores into the safety of consumer’s homes. This is how the First Digital Catalog was born, complemented by a concierge service to elevate the experience. Creating a cohesive story with already shot assets that showcased the available collection pieces was the task at hand.
